How Your Thoughts Can Transform Your Mind.

Have you been constantly failing at what you do, and because of that you think you are a failure?
Have you ever wondered how to improve your life?
This little discovery I have come up with will help improve your life.

I have discovered that a lot of times we let events dictate our thoughts. The way we think plays a major role in our life and it affects how we will react to certain events/situations.
The reason I am discussing about this is because I have noticed that every decision and step we take in life begins with our thoughts.

How you think affects your life positively or negatively. It is necessary to always think positively. Whether you believe it or not, your thoughts affect your feelings which then affects your behavior. I know in this world; it is not easy to always think positively but you have to constantly train your mind.

I know sometimes, you might want to think positively but then someone (maybe your parent, friend , teacher) uses a negative word or sentence to address you (like “why are you a failure?”) and that alone makes you really upset and then you begin to mediate on what that person says;it affects your feelings and then your behavior begins to change.
So, anytime you make a mistake, instead of you to see it as a mistake you then see it as a prove that “you’re a failure” and even when you do something right and succeed ,instead of you to acknowledge the fact that you are a success not a failure , you just say “Oh, that was just a luck, not like I am intelligent or smart”. You never want to agree that you can succeed and bit by bit because of how you thought, you kept on failing.

Just in case you do not know, whatever you think, your subconscious mind registers it; you consciously and unconsciously begin to act on what you think. Due to the way we get moved by the words spoken to us, it wouldn’t be easy but please gradually think and speak positively.

You must consciously train your mind to think positively; someone is asking why you are a failure but tell yourself I am not a failure. It is possible to set goals and even when you work hard, you always fail but that doesn’t still make you a failure… So, Why do you always fail at all your goals?
That can be because of the way you think. If the source where you get water from is filled with dirt, it is never possible to get clean water; the water will always be dirty even if the bucket/bottle is clean. The same applies to life, your thought is the source, you can’t have a negative thought and expect to see positive results, it is never possible.

If you do not agree with me, ask anyone who succeeds in what he/she does or anyone who once failed in things he set out to do but now succeeds. Ask him/her, how they were able to do it. What was the first thing they did? You will realize that it started from a change in the way they think (their thoughts). Anyone who succeeds will always think positively. He/she will always see possibilities when others see impossibilities. And Even when a person who usually succeeds suddenly fails at a task, you can never hear him/her say “I’m a failure”. Instead, they see it as a mistake which can be corrected; they find out what went wrong and learn from their mistake. They set out to do that same task severally (same task/goal but they might apply a different strategy) and they never give up till they achieve that task/goal. You must be very careful in life NOT TO let an event (a time you fail a test or exam) determine who you really are (A SUCCESS).

What simply differentiates a successful person from someone who thinks he is a failure is “HOW THEY THINK”. Thinking boils down to methods, strategies, seeing life in a different way, seeing opportunities when others see problems, and so on.
If you can change your thinking positively, your life will change positively.
